• Note: You will not be able to book complete physicals or procedures online as those still need to be done by speaking to the staff.

• Once your appointment is booked you will get automatic appointment reminders email few days prior to your appointment.

• We schedule 10 minutes for regular visits and 60 minutes for complete physical. If you have a number of concerns, we will deal with as many as we properly can in 10 minutes, starting with the most pressing concern first. You are welcome to make follow-up appointments for the rest of your concerns.

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

• Test results:

1. Blood test/Lab works results generally take 5-14 days. Generally the doctor will not call you if the results are normal, but if you are concerned, please book an appointment as staff are not able to communicate results over the phone.

2. It is often a good idea to check in with the clinic of your results have arrived.

• Imaging Results:

1. You can go to any certified imaging lab in BC, please note that some places may take longer than others if the imaging is marked non urgent. When attending an imaging lab, please inform their reception of the location and contact information of your family doctor to avoid delays.

2. Imaging result generally take 5-7 business days to process.

• Hospital Labs & Imaging:

1. The practice will send request to hospital for hospital labs and the hospital will inform the practice and we will in turn inform you. Generally the results will come back after you have completed the trip to the hospital in 1-2 weeks.

2. Some special reports may take up to 6 weeks for reports reach our office.

• Appointments with Specialists or Hospital diagnostic:

1. If your family doctors has referred you to a specialist, MRI/CT or similar in hospital diagnostic, the clinic will call or email you when the appointment notification returns to the clinic.
